Flamingo Gardens

 Flamingo Gardens Florida October 16th, we got up and ate breakfast, then we had to go somewhere... It was a secret, so we wouldn't know where we were going till we got there. As we arrived I saw flags with flamingos on them, with words saying: Flamingo Gardens (my favorite animal is a flamingo) We went in the gift shop to pay for a pass. While my Mom did that, the rest of us looked around the shop. Then, we went outside, first we went across the bridge to the right. There was couple of birds that way, most of them were macaws. Then we did the rest of that little loop, it was just a nature trail. But before we crossed the bridge again, we went up a dead end to see a pond. There was supposed to koi fish in the pond, but there wasn't any. After that we crossed the bridge and went toward the flamingos! Hurricane Ian

  Long Point Park Hurricane Ian                                     Tuesday, September 27,  we  arrived, it was very cloudy and gloomy. I asked my dad why it was so cloudy, and he said it would be like this for the next two days. My dad had the news on all day. According to the news a wave of rain from hurricane Ian was over us. Soon we ate dinner, then watched Andor till bed time. Wednesday,  I woke up to the sound of rain. We ate breakfast, and it stopped raining for a while, but the news said it would be off and on rain all day. My brother and my Mom made pumpkin cookies. They were so  delicious  that they were eaten on the first day It was a down day so me and my brothers got to play video-games. For dinner I had chicken nuggets. We played games till bed time. Manatee springs

 Manatee Springs State Park  Florida Saturday September 24,  we arrived at Manatee spring around mid-day. When we got there I wrote about Fort Pickens on my blog,  My brothers played outside. When I was done we ate dinner. Then I read the latest book of the Wings of Fire , Flames of Hope by Tui Sutherland  series  until bed time. Sunday Sep 25,  we woke-up and ate breakfast.  My Mom made chocolate chip pancakes, they were delicious.   Then my brothers and my Dad went to swim in the spring. When they were gone I made some sketches that I will soon perfect and add them to my tiktok. [some sneak peeks] (The first one I drew was a Leopard Gecko sunning on a rock in the desert (a request). The second was a Silkwing sitting on a cliff watching the sunset. (A Silkwing is something from Wings of Fire.) Fort Pickens

Fort Pickens, Florida We got to Fort Pickens on Tuesday 20 Sep (early in the morning before we left Pop's house, my Mom saw an armadillo), we drove about 7 hours to get to Fort Pickens, and when we got there we could not check in until 2:30 PM. So we went to the beach, and we saw A LOT  of jellyfish. We walked down the beach for a little while, then turned around to go check in. Once we found our spot A-15, we unpacked and got ready to go to the beach. The beach was still covered in jellys so we had to be careful. The water was warm, but once I stepped out, it got cold. (even though it was around 90 degrees outside) After we were done with the beach, we took showers and ate dinner. We had sausages for dinner, they were okay. Wednesday 21 Sep,  we had my brother's birthday celebration after breakfast , we also talked to our Grandma. Louisiana

 Louisiana   My brother's birthdays!       We got to our pops's house a day early, which meant no one was there, so it was pretty boring on the first day.      The next day we played outside for a little while, then we went to our Grannie's house for a sleep over. When we got there we had lunch, then we went to play outside. After a little while, our cousins came over. It got a little crazy, but then we all had dinner. Then our cousins left, and me and my brothers went to bed.      The next day we wanted to stay another night but we had to do passports early in the morning. Around lunch our parents picked us up then we went to Pops's house. Then we helped our dad clean the camper with water guns... It turned into a water gun fight.
